Final Judging : the National Open Art Competition

Sold !

Great news! The above paintings have all been sold at The Enid Lawson Gallery, which exhibits my work as part of a changing show of contemporary British art. Earlier this year the gallery moved to a new location in Great New Street, New Street Square, London. This is on the western side of the City, just off New Fetter Lane (north of Fleet Street). Digital finger paintings are not copies of pre-existing works: they are original works (that can be multiple) produced using a digital media. I am currently printing only very limited Artist's Proofs of my Brushes paintings. I print the proofs on conservation grade paper and sign and title them by hand. A Brushes digital finger painting

This painting is a nod in the direction of Joan Miro. I really enjoyed seeing his sculpture entitled Jeune fille s'evadant in the gardens of the Maeght Institute near St Paul in France earlier this year. 

I've not posted any new work for a few weeks: not because there isn't any work to post (there is!) but rather because I've been glued to the Tour de France, which I've been watching on French television thanks to satellite.
